Elisante Kitulo

Program Officer

Elisante Kitulo joined HakiElimu in 2011. He works as a Programme Officer in the Strategic Direction and Leadership unit; with his duties being to provide technical support and facilitate units to maintain quality production and presentation of HakiElimu's work in print and electronic media and facilitate performance reporting and documentation of lessons, best practices and case studies. His main area of interest is human rights and development. Before joining HakiElimu, he worked as a journalist with Majira Newspaper. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tumaini University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. He is admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania
