Every child in Tanzania is able to enjoy his or her right to quality basic education in schools that respect dignity and human rights of all people; that promotes equity, creativity, critical thinking and democracy.

To achieve the vision, HakiElimu will support and facilitate communities to transform schools and influence policy making, stimulate imaginative public dialogue and organizing for change, conduct critical research, policy analysis and advocacy, and collaborate with partners to advance common interests and social justice.
