ESRF Economic and Social Research Foundation
The Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) is an independent not-for-profit non-governmental research institute for capacity building in economic and social policy analysis. The main objective of ESRF is to build and strengthen human and institutional capabilities in economic and social policy analysis and decision-making and to enhance the understanding of policy options within the Government, public sector, donor community and in the growing national non-governmental sector mainly, but not only in Tanzania.

FEMACT Feminist Activism
In implementing the Beijing Platform of Action, Tanzanian human rights activists particularly women/gender organizations built a coalition of like minded organizations known as Feminist Activism (FemAct). These organisations come together over certain issues to plan and chart out strategies together. The coalition was formed in 1995 with about fifteen member organisations and its secretariat is TGNP.

Hakikazi Catalyst

NGO Policy Forum
The NGO Policy Forum (NPF), brings together about 70 national and international NGOs that are engaged with critical policy processes in Tanzania.NPF focuses in the Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS), the Public Expenditure Review (PER) and Local Government. A major focus is to make policies be more transparent and democratic, and accountable to the people.

Parliament of Tanzania
The Tanzanian Parliament is an institution, which represents all the people of Tanzania. It is established by the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania 1977. Its members are elected by the people every five years. The structure, composition, powers and functions of parliament are also described by the same Constitution.
